This tutorial was written by me on 27 October 2010. Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube of Choice. I am using the awesome art of Misty Benson. I purchased this tube when Misty was licensed with MPT. You can use any brightly coloured or Halloween themed tube.

I used an awesome scrapkit by Missy called What the Ween, which you can purchase HERE

Filters - Xero Porcelain, Lokas 3d shadow, Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow.

Font of choice, I used SF Gothican.

Let's start!

Open a new canvas 700 x 700, floodfill white. Copy and paste a frame, re-size 70%. Using your magic wand, click inside the frame, selections, modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste a paper underneath your frame later. Selections, invert delete, select none.

Copy and paste your tube under your frame layer. Effects, Xero, Porcelain with the default settings only change the blue channel to 24.

Duplicate your tube, on the duplicate, adjust blur, gaussian blur 3. Change the blend mode to soft light. On the original, effects, Lokas 3d shadow with these settings:

Drop shadow your frame layer.

Copy and paste the spider, re-size 30%. Adjust unsharpen mask settings radius 1, strength 26, clipping 5. Drop shadow.

Copy and paste the brackets. Using the selection tool, draw around one of the brackets, cut, paste as a new layer, select none. Now you can place the brackets where you want them, see my tag if you want. Drop shadow.

Copy element 4, the gorgeous eyes! Paste above your white background layer and move to the left side of your tag. Duplicate & re-size 85%, move to the right.

Copy the lollipop, element 31, and paste below the paper layer. Re-size 50%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste the wineglass, re-size 40% then 80%. Place to the right of your tag, drop shadow.

Copy and paste the sparkles, element 55 above your white background layer. I re-sized mine. To get the right size, click 'D' or choose your pick or deform tool, depending on which version of psp you use. You can resize by moving the nodes in or by the usual manner.

Copy and paste the paperclip & resize 40%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste any other elements that you like & drop shadow!

Add your name. I used gradient glow on mine choosing a colour from my tube.

Close your white background layer & crop merged opaque. Re-size tag to whatever you like, I usually use just under 600 x 600.

Now, add your artists credits and you are finished!!
