This tutorial was written by me on 31 October 2010. Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube and close up of Choice. I am using the awesome art of Robert Alvarado. In order to use the tube you must purchase it have the appropriate license to use it from MPT.

I used Sarah's awesome Raspberry Torte kit which you can purchase at Pimp My Tags with Scraps HERE

Filters - Xero Porcelain and Radiance, Xenofex 2 Constellation, Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow

Mask - I used Vix Mask 424, which you can get HERE

Font of choice, I used Baby Bowser.

Let's start!

Open a new canvas 700 x 700, floodfill white. Copy and paste Frame 5. Using your magic wand, click inside the frame, selections modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste paper 7 re-size 70%. Selections, invert, delete. Move the paper under the frame layer. Select none.

Copy and paste your close up tube and place above your frame. Erase some bits of your tube which are hanging over the bottom of the frame, so it looks like she's coming out of the frame. Effects, Xero Porcelain, with the default settings, but change the blue channel to 0. Drop shadow.

Drop shadow the frame layer.

Copy and paste your main tube. Effects, Xero Radance with these settings:

Drop Shadow.

Copy and paste ribbon 1 under your close up tube. Re-size 70%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste flower 4, re-size 20%, I placed mine over the bow on the frame layer. Drop Shadow.

Copy and paste Tag 1, re-size 70%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste paper 14 above your white background layer. Layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk, choose vix mask 424. Merge group. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Promote selection to layer. Effects Xenofex 2, Constellation with these settings:

Copy and paste swirl 2, re-size 40%, drop shadow. Duplicate, image mirror, image flip. See my tag for placement.

Add your name. I used gradient glow on mine choosing a colour from my tube.

Close your white background layer & crop merged opaque. Re-size tag to whatever you like, I usually use just under 600 x 600.

Now, add your artists credits and you are finished!!
