This tutorial was written by me on 29 October 2010. Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube of Choice. I am using the awesome art of Zindy SD Nielsen. In order to use this tube you must purchase it HERE and have the appropriate license to use it.

I used a gorgeous scrapkit by pimp'd designz called sk8girl, which you can purchase at Pimp my tags with Scraps HERE

Filters - Xero Porcelain and Radiance, Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow

Mask - WSL mask 244 by Weescotslass. You can download it HERE

Font of choice, I used yelly.

Let's start!

Open a new canvas 700 x 700, floodfill white. Copy and paste frame 1, re-size 80%. Using your magic wand, click inside the frame, selections modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste paper 4 and move it to get a good variety of the colours inside the frame. Selections, invert, delete. Move the paper under the frame layer.

Copy and paste your tube, delete. Effects, Xero, Radiance with these settings:

Duplicate your tube, on the copy adjust blur, gaussian blur, change the blend mode to soft light. Drop shadow the original layer.

Drop shadow the frame layer.

Copy and paste ribbon 2, re-size 60% twice, drop shadow.

Copy and paste the stars underneath the tubes.

Copy and paste the staple & drop shadow. I love staples!!

Copy and paste fence above background layer, move it around until you get it where you like it.

Copy and paste stars 01 & place over your frame.

Copy and paste your zipper under the gymboot, re-size 80%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste paper 7 above the background layer, layers, load/save mask, load mask from disk. Choose Mask WSL, merge group. Duplicate mask layer, move one to upper left & the other lower right.

Copy and paste paper 8 & apply the same mask, move it up a bit.

Copy and paste charm, re-size 85% twice & drop shadow.

Copy and paste clip, re-size 80%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste flower 1, re-size 50%, drop shadow. Duplicate & arrange one above the other.

Add your name. I used gradient glow on mine choosing a colour from my tube.

Close your white background layer & crop merged opaque. Re-size tag to whatever you like, I usually use just under 600 x 600.

Now, add your artists credits and you are finished!!

That's it, finished!!!
