This tutorial was written by me on 30 October 2010. Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube of Choice. I am using Suzanne Woolcott. In order to use her art you must purchase a license and HERE

I used Sarah's part of an awesome collab kit called Be You which you can purchase at Pimp My Tags with Scraps HERE Can't wait to use TammyKat's part of the collab!

Filters - Xero Porcelain and Radiance, Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow

Font of choice, I used Whisper.

Let's start!

Open a new canvas 700 x 700, floodfill white. Copy and paste frame 2. Using your magic wand, click inside each of the 3 frames, selections modify, expand by 5. Copy and paste paper 3, re-size 80% Selections, invert, delete. Move the paper under the frame layer. Select none.

Copy and paste your tube or tubes & arrange.Effects Xero, Radiance with these settings:

Duplicate your tube, on the original, adjust blur, gaussian blur 3. On the copy, change the blend mode to luminance legacy. Drop shadow the original layer. Do this for both/all tube layers.

Drop shadow the frame layer.

Copy and paste string deco, re-size 60%, drop shadow. Move to the left.

Copy and paste wordart, re-size 75%. Effects, Eye Candy gradient glow, drop shadow.

Copy and paste flowers above your frame layer, re-size 60%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste heart 1, re-size 80%, drop shadow.

Copy and paste tagback2. Effects, Eye Candy gradient glow, drop shadow.

Copy and glitterline 2, duplicate a few times & place around your tag.

Add your name. I used gradient glow on mine choosing a colour from my tube.

Close your white background layer & crop merged opaque. Re-size tag to whatever you like, I usually use just under 600 x 600.

Now, add your artists credits and you are finished!!
