This tutorial was written by me on 25 April 2012. Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:
Tube of Choice. I am using the awesome art of Amy Matthews. If you want to use the same tube you can purchase it, and a license to use it at CDO.

Scrapkit - I used a gorgeous PTU kit by Aurélie, thanks hun! Her blog is awesome, it's HERE. You can purchase the kit HERE

Template - this is a collab by Dee and Kandi called kkdeecollab2. You an download it at either of their blogs. This is DEE's (I couldn't link directly to the post, so just scroll down a bit) blog and this is Kandi's. Thanks ladies!

Font - I used Turkey Sandwich

Don't forget to leave some love when you download!

Filters -
Eye Candy 4000 - gradient glow
Xero Radiance

Open the template. Shift D to duplicate. Delete the credit layer, pixel words and white strips layers. Crop merged opaque. Image canvas size, 712 x 561. Layers, new raster layer, floodfill white, send to bottom.

I like to copy and paste my tube as the top layer to help with placement of elements etc.

Starting from the bottom layer, copy and paste the glitter as a new layer. Play around with the sizing. You might need to duplicate it and move one over. You want to see glitter poking over the top of the back of the tag.

On the blue circle layer, selections, select all, float, defloat (float defloat from now on!) Copy and paste paper 9 as a new layer. Re-size 60%. Selections, invert, delete. Select none. Delete the original template layer.

On the pink circle layer, float defloat. Copy and paste paper 10 as a new layer. Re-size 60%. Selections, invert, delete. Select none. Delete the original template layer.

On the white rectangle layer, adjust, add/remove noise, uniform, 55% monochrome ticked. Drop shadow.

On the pink rectangle layer, float defloat, copy and paste paper 8, re-size 80%, selections invert delete, select none.

Change the colour of the blue glitter bar to suit your tube. I do this by using Adjust, hue and saturation, colourise, and putting the H & S colour I want to use.

On the black rectangle layer, float, defloat. Copy and paste paper 7 as a new layer. Selections invert delete, select none. Crop.

On the pink bar layer, float defloat, copy and paste paper 6 as a new layer. Selections invert delete, select none. Crop.

On the photos layer, click inside one of the black squares, copy and paste your close up tube, selections invert delete. Same for the other photo square, mirroring your tube. Change the blend mode to screen on both tube layers.

On the Blue Star layer - float defloat, copy and paste paper 8, selections invert delete, select none. Crop. Drop shadow.

Change the colour of the pink star layer, drop shadow.

I didn't do much to the wordart layer other than change the colour on the pink layer to better suit by tube.

Now, copy and paste elements of your choosing and drop shadow.

This is what I did:

Boot - copy and paste Re-size 70%. Place it so it's just jutting out the bottom of the tag.

Copy and paste the feather.

Copy and paste the roses above the black rectangle layer. Re-size 50%.

Copy and paste the dice, re-size 50%.

Copy and paste the Brad, re-size 50%.

Copy and paste the cupcake, re-size 50%. Rotate a little.

Copy and paste hearts 2, re-size 80%.

Copy and paste the butterfly, re-size 50%

Go back to your main tube layer. Effects, Xero Radiance. Click random until you get the effect you like. Duplicate the tube. On the duplicate layer, adjust blur, gaussian blur 3. Change the blend mode to soft light. Drop shadow the original tube layer.

Crop your tag and re-size. Add sparkles!

Finish with your name and artist's credits, and you're done!
