Supplies:
Tube of choice - I used a stunning tube by Goldwasser, which you can purchase HERE
Scrapkit - I chose a kit by Adrienne's Designs called Forest Fairy, which you can download HERE
Mask - I used Lori's LLM-1113, download it HERE
Filters - Xero Clarity, Xero Porcelain, Penta Jeans, Mura Meister Copies, Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
Font - I used Friends

Let's start!
Sharpen and drop shadow as you paste each element. My drop shadow is 0 4 30 5. See my tag for placement of elements.


Open a new canvas 875 x 875, you can re-size later.

Add a new raster layer, selections, select all. Paste paper 4 into selection, select none.

Load your mask, merge group.

Effects Penta Jeans - amount 62, border width 4.

Copy and paste element 3, re-size 25% Mura Meister copes, Encircle - Number 17, Shift x and y both 65.

Copy and paste Frame 4, re-size 80%.

Click inside the frame with your magic wand. Selections, modify, expand by 4. Add a new raster layer under the frame layer and fill with a gradient to suit your tag.

Make sure you're on the top layer, copy and paste element 110, re-size 35%

Copy and paste element 83, re-size 40%

Copy and paste element 82, re-size 80%

Copy and paste your tube. If you're using the same one I used, re-size 35%. Unsharpen. Effects xero Clarity - 70 -3 - 50

Effects, xero Porcelain - softness and strength both at 20, everything else at 0

Copy and paste element 76, re-size 35%

Copy and paste element 157, re-size 30%, image mirror

Copy and paste element 132, re-size 35%

Copy and paste element 154, re-size 25%

Copy and paste element 143, re-size 30%

Copy and paste element 151 re-size 20%

Copy and paste element 114 re-size 25%, image mirror

Add some sparkles or a spray if you like.

Crop your tag and re-size to your liking.

Add your credits. Check the sizing and clarity of your credits by viewing your tag at 100% (zoom to 100%).

Add your name, apply a gradient glow and noise if you like it, drop shadow.

Font - I used 2 peas Goofball

Let's start!

Open a new canvas 875 x 875, you can re-size later.

Copy and paste frame wacky, re-size 30%. Add a new raster under the frame, selections, select all, paste paper 4 into selection, select none. Click inside the frame layer with your magic wand, selections, modify expand by 5. On your paper layer, selections, invert, delete, select none.

Sharpen and drop shadow as you paste each element. My drop shadow is 0 -5 -55-10. See my tag for placement of elements.

Make sure you're on the top layer, paste hat as a new layer, re-size 70%

Paste the giftbag, re-size 60%

Paste the festive cake, re-size 70%

Paste the invitation, re-size 70%

Paste the crown, re-size 70%

Paste your tube and re-size to suit your tag. Sharpen. Effects xero clarity 70 -3 - 50. Effects xero porcelain 20 - 20, all other settings at 0.

Drop Shadow.

Paste the bottle of sprinkles, re-size 30%

Paste the present, re-size 70%

Paste the balloon, re-size 50%

Paste the cake piece, re-size 50%

Paste the ballon bunch 2, re-size 70%

Paste the blower, re-size 50%

Paste the cupcake, re-size 30%

Paste a wordart, re-size to suit your tag.

Add some sparkles or a spray if you like.

Add a new raster layer above your background laver, selections, select all. Paste paper 12 into selection, select none.

Load your mask, merge group.

Crop your tag and re-size to your liking.

Add your credits. Check the sizing and clarity of your credits by viewing your tag at 100% (zoom to 100%).

Add your name, apply a gradient glow and noise if you like it, drop shadow.
