This tutorial was written by me on 30 December 2010. Any similarity to other tutorials is not intentional.

Supplies:

Tube and close up of choice. The tube I used is an ACD exclusive tube by José Cano which is available at ACD forum HERE subject to certain conditions.

Scrapkit - I used an awesome kit by Kristen at Toxic Desierz called Angelic. You can download it HERE.

Template - I'm using a collab kit by two awesome Misfits Aqua and Abstract. You can download it at the Creative Misfit blog HERE

Filters - Xero Porcelain, Eye Candy 4000 gradient glow, Mura Meister copies,

Font and pixel font of choice, I used aka Dylan Plain & fff Urban.

Let's start!

Open your template in psp. Shift D to duplicate it and close the original. Delete the top credits layer as well as the word art, pixel words and raster 2. Image, Canvas size 750 x 650. Un x the background layer.

I generally work from the bottom up for templates.

Colourise the halftone layer to suit your tube.

On the star circle layer - adjust add remove noise, uniform 85% & drop shadow. Repeat for the star circle 3 layer.

On star circle 2 layer - selections, select all, float, defloat and copy a paper of choice as a new layer. Selections, invert, delete. Delete the original circle 2 layer. Repeat for circle 4.

On circle 1 and circle 3 layers - adjust add remove noise, uniform 85% & drop shadow.

On circle 2 - selections, select all, float, defloat and copy a paper of choice as a new layer. Selections, invert, delete. Delete the original circle 2 layer. Repeat for circle 4.

On the glitter rectangle layer, add noise as before & drop shadow.

On the gradient rectangle layer, selections, select all, float, defloat and floodfill a new raster layer with a gradient to suit your tube. Copy and paste your close up tube and place on the right of the rectangle. Select none. Duplicate tube, and on the top layer, change the blend mode to luminance. On the original, adjust blur, gaussian blur 3, and change the blend mode to soft light. Play around with the blend modes to get something different if you like!

Back to the gradient rectangle layer, choose a pixel font & type out some words, I used She's a Diva. Object, align, centre in canvas, convert to raster.

Effects, Mura Meister copies, select tiling and use the default settings, but change the tile gap to 2. On the gradient layer, selections, select all, float, defloat, selections invert and on the pixel word layer, delete.

Copy and paste your tube, effects, Xero Porcelain with the default settings but lower the blue channel, drop shadow.

Copy and paste a cloud below your glittered rectangle layer and move it to the right side of the tag.

Copy and paste any other elements from your kit, I used a butterfly and a ribbon.

I also wrote "She's a Diva" above & below the rectangle.

Add some sparkles!!!

Re-size your tag to suit, I re-size to 600 x 600 or close to.

Add your name & copyright & you're finished!

I also added a pre-made animation to mine. To do this, decide where you want the ani to appear and close all layers above that one. I chose the two circle layers. Copy merged to animation shop. Duplicate so you have the same number of frames as in your ani. Select all on both images, drag the ani onto your tag. Back in psp, close all the open layers & open the closed ones! Copy merged to ani shop, duplicate again so you have the same number of frames, and drag on to your tag.
